As the name suggests, SaPen is a pen made ut f sap. The children draw n their hands with the sap pen and then wash the drawing ff. If they dn’t spend enugh time washing it ff, the clrs remain n the children’s hands. Issar said it makes sure that children take enugh time t wash their hands. This may be especially helpful in a classrm. Often a teacher des nt have the time t make each child wash his hands prperly.
