On February 20th,the science fictin magazine Clarkeswrld was frced t stp accepting any new articles frm writers after it was flded with AI-written stries.
“By the time we clsed n the 20th,we had received 500 human-written stries and 700 AI-written nes,” said editr-in-chief Neil Clarke.“It was increasing at such a speed that we figured that by the end f the mnth,we wuld have dubled the number f articles we nrmally have.The rate had been grwing frm previus mnths,and we were cncerned that we had t d smething t stp it.”
