Lesson 19 【教學(xué)目標(biāo)】1．知識(shí)與技能目標(biāo)：能夠聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、認(rèn)讀單詞 menu  pork ribs  meatballs  vegetable；初步學(xué)習(xí)dish, eat, salty, sweet, sour；能聽(tīng)懂、會(huì)說(shuō)就餐用語(yǔ)；并能在實(shí)際生活中應(yīng)用。2．過(guò)程與方法目標(biāo)：通過(guò)學(xué)生所熟悉的飯店圖片來(lái)引入本課生詞、句型，為學(xué)生創(chuàng)設(shè)語(yǔ)言環(huán)境，以小組合作方式操練就餐句型，從中感悟中西飲食文化差別。3．情感態(tài)度與價(jià)值觀目標(biāo): 通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)，讓學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)如何禮貌的招待客人，初步了解中西方飲食文化的差別。【教學(xué)重點(diǎn)】運(yùn)用所學(xué)句型進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的點(diǎn)餐和課文的學(xué)習(xí)。【教學(xué)難點(diǎn)】運(yùn)用所學(xué)的三種點(diǎn)餐用語(yǔ)進(jìn)行交際。【教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備】菜單，word cards , recorder, 話梅,  salt, sugar and PPT  【教學(xué)過(guò)程】Step 1: Warming-up 活動(dòng)1：觀看卡通，一起唱兒歌(男、女生對(duì)唱)活動(dòng)目標(biāo)：提取需要的舊知識(shí)，為學(xué)習(xí)新知識(shí)打基礎(chǔ)。實(shí)施方法與師生語(yǔ)言預(yù)設(shè)：1．師生共同演唱歌曲“Do you like food?” http://www.qeto.com/donghua_71486設(shè)計(jì)意圖：使學(xué)生快速進(jìn)入學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，同時(shí)為下一步教學(xué)做鋪墊。活動(dòng)2：看誰(shuí)反應(yīng)快繼續(xù)用這個(gè)動(dòng)畫，教師指，學(xué)生迅速說(shuō)出食物稱。設(shè)計(jì)意圖：為學(xué)習(xí)新內(nèi)容，進(jìn)行創(chuàng)編對(duì)話做鋪墊。Step 2：Presentation and practice:活動(dòng)1：引入課文主題圖：活動(dòng)目標(biāo)：創(chuàng)設(shè)情境，激發(fā)學(xué)習(xí)欲望。實(shí)施方法與師生語(yǔ)言預(yù)設(shè)：1．教師捂著肚子，做出餓的樣子T: Oh, I’m hungry now. Are you hungry? Let’s go to a restaurant. PPT：Shows a restaurant（課文主題圖）:2．What’s in the restaurant? Let’s go into and see.學(xué)生回答設(shè)計(jì)意圖：引入本課主要學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容，與就餐有關(guān)。活動(dòng)2：Learn the words and the sentences.活動(dòng)目標(biāo)：學(xué)習(xí)課文中的生詞、難句，為學(xué)習(xí)、理解課文掃清障礙。實(shí)施方法與師生語(yǔ)言預(yù)設(shè)：1．Shows a menu and learn the word: What’s this?  Menu     What’s on the menu? 2．A dish→dishes two dishes, three dishes.              There are all kinds of Chinese dishes.板書(shū)：There are all kinds of Chinese dishes. (中文)Learn "all kinds of" Read one by one. Read the whole sentence.3．Learn the names of the Chinese dishes:T: what’s on the menu?Learn the words: Sweet:  What is sweet? 出示糖果，it’s sweet.   Read the words.Sour:  品嘗酸酸的話梅    Read the words.Salty: look, what’s this? 鹽. Salt is salty. Read the words.4．Summarize the dishes: there are all kinds of Chinese dishes. They are.....設(shè)計(jì)意圖：利用學(xué)生喜歡的酸、甜糖果、鹽食物來(lái)學(xué)習(xí)不同味道的單詞，增加學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的趣味性；利用語(yǔ)音學(xué)習(xí)單詞，降低學(xué)習(xí)單詞的難度，易于學(xué)生掌握。活動(dòng)3：Learning the dialogue.活動(dòng)目標(biāo)：通過(guò)聽(tīng)錄音前的預(yù)測(cè)、推測(cè)，幫助學(xué)生能更好的理解對(duì)話實(shí)施方法與師生語(yǔ)言：：出示主題圖進(jìn)行討論Who are they? Where are they?Mike and his parents are hungry, too. They come to a Chinese Restaurant. What would they like to eat? Let’s listen.活動(dòng)4：聽(tīng)錄音理解內(nèi)容活動(dòng)目標(biāo)：借助錄音和題目信息幫助學(xué)生獲取課文信息實(shí)施方法：聽(tīng)錄音完成相應(yīng)題目，解決遇到問(wèn)題1．Listen to the tape. (3 times)What would Mike’s mother like to eat?What would Mike like to eat?What would Mike’s father like to eat?2．Read the sentences and fill in them.Mike’s mother would like some __________.Mike would like __________________.Mike’s father would like some _________ and _________.Blackboard: I’ll have…Can I have …?4．Read after the tape. What would you like to drink?A: I’d like some....3．Reports:設(shè)計(jì)意圖：理解和操練本課主要單詞和句型，讓學(xué)生在本環(huán)節(jié)得到充分的練習(xí), 在操練過(guò)程中，幫助學(xué)生直觀了解單詞和句型的含義，提高學(xué)生的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力。Step 3: Product:活動(dòng)：創(chuàng)編對(duì)話活動(dòng)目標(biāo)：通過(guò)創(chuàng)編對(duì)話，讓學(xué)生在理解和認(rèn)知的基礎(chǔ)上，鞏固本課的句型。實(shí)施方法與師生語(yǔ)言預(yù)設(shè)：1．設(shè)置了一個(gè)情境：New Year’s Day is coming. We will have a party. Where will you go?
