    Module 7 A famous storyUnit 1 Alice was sitting with her sister by the river.、教學(xué)目標1. 能掌握本單元的詞匯:fall, follow, hole, ground2. 重點句型:(1) One day, Alice was sitting with her sister by the river...(2) Why was it running?3. 學(xué)生能夠聽懂包含過去進行時的童話故事。4. 能夠詢問、介紹過去正在發(fā)生的事情和動作。5. 能夠正確使用過去進行時。6. 能夠正確朗讀含有過去進行時的問答。二、教學(xué)重點及難點重點:1. 掌握并運用本單元的詞匯;2. 能夠聽懂包含過去進行時的童話故事;3. 能夠詢問、介紹過去某個時間正在發(fā)生的事情和行為。難點:能夠詢問、介紹過去某個時間正在發(fā)生的事情和行為。三、教學(xué)準備1. 多媒體設(shè)備和課件;2. 設(shè)計課后鞏固練習(xí);3. 教學(xué)圖片。四、教學(xué)過程Step 1 Warming-upFree talkT shows some fairy stories and ask Ss the following questions:What famous stories have you read?What are they about?Look and sayLook at the videl and have a free talk.【設(shè)計意圖】小組分享自己讀過的童話故事并觀看討論電影,引入今天要學(xué)習(xí)的童話故事。Step 2 Pre-listeningLet’s learn(1) T shows some pictures and the sentences describing the pictures. Then learn the new words or expressions in the sentences as a whole class.(2) After learning, T can ask Ss to make sentences with the new words or expressions.【設(shè)計意圖】學(xué)習(xí)新單詞,為學(xué)習(xí)本課時的內(nèi)容做鋪墊。Activity 1.(1) Read the words aloud with Ss and check if they understand the meanings.(2) Play the recording. Ask Ss to listen and number the words individually.(3) Play the recording again and check answers as a class.【設(shè)計意圖】通過活動達到聽力熱身的目的。本活動比較簡單,有利于增強學(xué)生的自信心。Activity 2.(1) Look at the pictures and read the descriptions under each picture with the Ss. Do some explanations if necessary.(2) Play the recording and ask Ss to number the pictures.(3) Play the recording once more for Ss to check the answers in pairs then check them together.設(shè)計意圖:學(xué)生通過理解語篇并將文字內(nèi)容與圖片對應(yīng),之后兩人一組核對答案,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的合作意識,鍛煉學(xué)生的傾聽習(xí)慣。Listen and fillRead the incomplete passage first, then listen to the recording and complete the passage.【設(shè)計意圖】聽錄音補全文章,為下面對話內(nèi)容的學(xué)習(xí)做好鋪墊。Step 3 While-listeningActivity 3.(1) Listen and answer the questions.First, ask Ss to read the questions and make sure they want to do.Then, play the recording and ask Ss try to answer the questions.Finally, play the recording again and check the answers together.(2) Now complete the notes.First, ask Ss to look at the notes and guess the missing information.Then, ask Ss to read the conversation and underline the key information to help them complete the notes.Finally, ask Ss to complete the notes individually and check answers as a class.【設(shè)計意圖】帶著問題聽對話,練習(xí)學(xué)生的聽力能力以及抓取關(guān)鍵信息的能力。Step 4 Post-listeningListen, read and role-playFirst, ask Ss to read the conversation following the recording.Then, read the conversation in pairs and try to role-play it.Finally, choose some Ss to role-play the conversation at the front.Language points1. It’s about a girl called Alice. 它是一個關(guān)于叫愛麗絲的女孩的故事。called call 的過去分詞,意為“叫做;稱為,放名詞之后作定語。 句中的called可與named互換使用,表達相同的意思。2. One day Alice was sitting with her sister by the river and saw a white rabbit with a watch.有一天,愛麗絲正和她姐姐坐在河邊,她看到一只戴著手表的白兔。本句用了過去進行時來表示過去某個具體時間正在進行的動作,其結(jié)構(gòu)為:was / were + v.-ing。3. Why was it running?它為什么跑?why是特殊疑問詞,意為“為什么。這是由why引導(dǎo)的過去進行時的特殊疑問句。其結(jié)構(gòu)為特殊疑問詞 + was / were + 主語 + v.-ing + 其他?4. Alice followed it and fell down a hole in the ground.愛麗絲跟著它,掉進了地上的一個洞里。follow 作動詞,意為“跟隨;緊跟常用短語:follow sb. to do sth.    跟著某人做某事5. It was sitting in a tree and was smiling at everyone.他正坐在樹上,朝大家微笑。 辨析:in a treeon a tree【設(shè)計意圖】學(xué)習(xí)本課時的語言點,幫助學(xué)生系統(tǒng)地掌握新知識。Activity 4Ask Ss to complete the sentences with the words in the box. Then check the answers.Activity 51. Ss read the conversations individually and predict the stress.2. Play the recording and ask Ss to underline the words the speaker stresses.3. Check answers as a class.4. Play the recording again and tell Ss to listen and repeat chorally.5. Ask some Ss to read the sentences.
