Module 3 Diet and healthUnit 9 International Food Festival (Stage 3)Reading: Different foods for the festival設(shè)計說明讓學(xué)生自由交談是否會做某種食品以及如何制作這種食品,由此導(dǎo)入新課。通過向?qū)W生展示各種食材、器皿和制作某種食品相關(guān)步驟的圖片,讓學(xué)生有針對性地了解與此相關(guān)的一些生詞,幫助學(xué)生掃清學(xué)習(xí)課文的障礙。讓學(xué)生帶著問題聽課文錄音,為課文學(xué)習(xí)做好準備。再次聽課文錄音,讓學(xué)生掌握課文的標準發(fā)音。針對課文內(nèi)容多角度設(shè)置課堂活動,如給圖片排序、判斷正誤等,讓學(xué)生理解課文。接下來,讓學(xué)生找出課文中的疑難問題并小組討論解決,通過合作探究,鍛煉學(xué)生協(xié)作解決問題的能力。另外,通過讓學(xué)生羅列制作葡萄干烤餅所需的食材及制作步驟,讓學(xué)生提取關(guān)鍵信息并總結(jié)烹飪方法,深入學(xué)習(xí)課文內(nèi)容。然后,通過知識點的講解,讓學(xué)生穩(wěn)步掌握英語知識。最后,通過當(dāng)堂達標題來讓學(xué)生查漏補缺。教學(xué)目標通過本課節(jié)的教學(xué),讓學(xué)生達成以下目標:1.知識目標掌握本課節(jié)新詞匯:of course, firstly, flour, self-raising flour, secondly, add, pour, millilitre, mixture, dough, wide, baking tray, sprinkle, oven;學(xué)會表達次序,用祈使句給予指導(dǎo)。2.能力目標能夠讀懂有關(guān)制作食品的短文,掌握文章大意。3.情感目標教授學(xué)生一些生活技能,幫助學(xué)生學(xué)會學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)會生活。重點難點重點學(xué)習(xí)本課節(jié)新詞匯;學(xué)會表達次序,用祈使句給予指導(dǎo)。難點能夠讀懂有關(guān)制作食品的短文,掌握文章大意。教學(xué)準備PPT課件;有關(guān)Look and read錄音;有關(guān)生詞的圖片授課時數(shù)1課時教學(xué)過程Step 1 Warming up1.
