My new shes were cmpletely wet. I had t rush back t my rm fr a change. When I was finally seated in my car, it stalled (熄火) twice befre I culd back ut f the driveway. And I was wrried that I wuld be late fr wrk.
The traffic n the rad was heavy. A hrn (喇叭) hnked—smene thught I wasn’t ging fast enugh. “This day is terrible. Nthing is cheerful,” I said t myself. T drive easily, I decided t listen t the traffic reprt n the radi. Under the guidance f the annuncer, I drve carefully. I was grateful fr that.
Finally, after managing t navigate (導航) my rute thrugh the traffic, I decided t stp at a little cffee shp near my ffice t buy a cup f cffee. The line f cars at the drive-thrugh stretched t the parking lt, s I figured it wuld be faster if I just gt ut and went inside.
Clearly, the cffee shp had many custmers. I sighed impatiently as I waited in line until I reached the cunter where I ignred the friendly greeting frm the waiter. I rdered my favrite: a cup f cffee, extra cream and n sugar. Then my rder was served. That’s when I realized I had left my wallet at hme! I was bth upset and embarrassed.
